By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service below.

1) If the client needs a commission done by a certain date, they have to tell me before I accept the commission.

​

2) The client may provide me detailed description and/or detailed references, and tell me about their preferences about the pose, the expression, the outfit, etc.

​

3) Every commission will take from up to 1-3 weeks to be completed, depending on the complexity of the drawing, the queue list, and my personal life.

Animations will take from up to 1-3 months.

​

4) Reviews and major changes are allowed until I start the base colors. After that, only small changes are allowed.

Any major changes after the lineart will cost an additional price.

5) I will send w.i.p. images during the sketch phase, the lineart phase and the base color phase.

​

​

6) Payment must be paid half the price upfront, and the other half after the lineart phase.

​

7) Payments through Paypal or bank transfer, in € Euros only.

​

8)As an artist I have the right to refuse a commission.

​

9) If the client cancels the commission before I start to working on it, they will receive a full refund.

​

10) If the clients cancels the commission after the lineart phase, I will refund 50% of the total price.

11) Commissions listed in my website are for personal use only. Commercial works will ALWAYS require an additional fee or royalties.

12) As an artist I'm allowed to upload the artworks on my social media with copyright/watermark on it.

​

13) My signature may not be removed for any reason.

​

14) The client can upload the commissions on their social media as long as they give proper credit to the artist.

​

15) The client can't claim my artworks as their own, so it is prohibited to trace or heavily reference my works and claim it as your own.

​

16) It is prohibited to reproduce or use the copyrighted commissions in commercial use if you didn't pay the fees.

​

17) After purchasing the commercial rights of an artwork, the client is allowed to make merchandise, to promote their own brand even if it is edited or altered. In all of these case the client may give proper credit to the artist.

At no time is the client allowed to display or reproduce my artwork without proper credit, even if commercial rights have been transferred over.
